This image received some press attention over the weekend and we thought it a good opportunity to remind people how it came about. Last year we were visited by by an inspirational nine year old girl Belle Curran. Belle was a gifted artist and spent the day in our studio collaborating on some amazing artworks. She also suffered from interstitial lung disease and needed a lung transplant. Belle was a committed fundraiser and worked hard to raise money for all the charities who supported her. We created this image with Belle to support her fundraising efforts and she chose who to donate the proceeds to.
Sadly, Belle died earlier this year and our thoughts are with her family. We have spoken with Belle's parents and between us decided it would be nice if the recent interest could be of some use. They are currently setting up a charity - Belle's Story, to help other families in similar situations and today we are releasing 20 limited edition prints of the image with all proceeds going to Belle's Story. The prints measure 40cm x 29cm, are signed and numbered, and priced at £300.
