CNPD pop edition of 1st, 2nd and 3rd Class Smiley Riot Shield stamps commemorating the 200th anniversary of the Peterloo Massacre.
Issued on the occasion of the exhibition "From _______ To ________" at the People's History Museum, Manchester.

These are the first CNPD stamps issued since the 10th Anniversary Edition of Stamps of Mass Destruction in 2013.
