Case Studyo is proud to present it's first edition with Spanish artist Javier Calleja.
The ever-playful artist seized the opportunity to further expand his universe and add a functional dimension to his signature characters. The result is a stunning duo, a pair of best buddies in the form of a flower vase and planter pot. Both characters feature a set of mesmerizing eyes that offer a soothing stare and comforting glance, hypnotizing however looks into them. When put to use, the deeper meaning of the objects becomes abundantly clear; seeing nature sprout from the characters' heads is a deceivingly simple metaphor for the beauty and unbridled creativity of a child's mind. Calleja's figures represent a disarming innocence and overwhelming purity that is a welcome sight for sore eyes in today's complex society.
