Conor Harrington | The Killer Inside
Two-colour photopolymer Gravure etching on Hanhemuele 300gsm paper
Edition of 35 signed and numbered by the artist
64.5cm x 50.5cm
£750
The etching is a photopolymer Gravure created from an original graphite and charcoal drawing at our dedicated Execution Dock studio. The additional typography references etching prints from the Regency period, which is one of Conor Harrington's current inspirations. It’s a version of the painting The Killer Inside, part of the Irish street artist’s career-defining exhibition Dead Meat earlier this year at Lazarides Rathbone gallery. The show surveyed the final decadent days of European hegemony, as new superpowers emerge and the bourgeoisie throws its own closing party.
