Tony Swain (born 1967 in Lisburn, Northern Ireland) completed his BA at The Glasgow School of Art in 1990. Solo exhibitions include: Drowned Dust, Sudden Word, The Fruitmarket Gallery, Edinburgh (2012); Aerated Bread Company, The Duchy, Glasgow (2012); Afterwards in Pictures, The Modern Institute, Glasgow (2011); Impure Passports, Inverleith House, Edinburgh (2009); and Never Even, Herald Street, London (2005). He lives and works in Glasgow.
