"When I paint skulls, I don't necessarily have death in mind. To me they represent making our time here count. For this piece, I was imagining a person looking back at one's life and being really happy that they lived their life exactly the way they wanted to live it. The title, "hotdoggin" comes from old skiing lingo to describe someone who was showing off. Whether it's living flashy or quietly rebelling against the norm, I cherish people who comfortable in their own skin and are happy to just be." - Jamie Molina
