Master in Architecture by FAUP [2006-13], Frederico began in 2007 collaborating with the CCRE group [Center for Communication and Representation Space]. Since then he has been participating in various projects and initiatives related to photography and its aptitude for artistic and spatial communication. In 2008 he joined the project BII [Research Integration Programme] in CEAU [Center for the Study of Architecture and Urbanism, FAUP] as well as the LIDERA project that has been sponsored by the University of Oporto. Within LIDERA he ran the 'Image Lab' focused on Photography and Imaging. Since 2010 Frederico has been working for SCOPIO MAGAZINE as Contest Director and has taught the courses of Communication, Photography and Multimedia in the academic years 2010-11 and 2011-12 [CFM] in FAUP.
As a Street Artist, Frederico transposes to a larger scale the human figure and body expression. He has been member of the Colectivo RUA since 2011 and has participated on several exhibitions and projects such as 1ªAvenida, Porto, 2013 and Walk & Talk, 2013. He is the curator / artistic director of PUTRICA [Temporary Urban Proposals of Cultural and Artistic Rehabilitation and Intervention] which focuses on the street art as a way of changing the vacant spaces within the city by adding to them new artistic and cultural values.
