Nathan Vincent takes yarn to the next level, creating art that makes you see everyday objects, like lockers and urinals, as well as some not-so-everyday objects, like gas masks and dynamite, in a whole new light. In his work, Nathan seeks to push the limits of the medium by creating things you wouldn't typically see being made of yarn. He also asks questions about gender, by creating things traditionally perceived as masculine (like the locker room shown above) in crochet, a medium traditionally seen as the domain of women.
