Adam Batchelor is an artist & illustrator, nature lover and farmer’s son from Suffolk, UK. His artwork is a modern interpretation of naturalist painting.
He graduated with a BA Hons in Illustration from Norwich University of the Arts in 2009, where he developed a bold graphic self initiated approach involving sculpture and model making. After an exploratory experience whilst living in Nepal he began to teach himself how to create photorealistic imagery using only mechanical pencils or coloured pencils on paper. He now primarily works in watercolour, painting his animals life size.
