ABOUT THE WORK
Locked in Perpetual Motion witnesses the moment of ricochet that occurs when balance is threatened in a partnership, when there is a marked path but its safety is unknown. The precariousness of passion is off-set by O'Brien's soft lines and radiating palette, inviting us to empathize with open eyes.
